     * Two night-stay required on weekends. Rates are for one or two guests.

• REGISTRATION
  Payment is expected at time of reservation. Credit cards are accepted. You will receive a receipt and registration confirmation in the mail or by email.
• CHECK-IN
  Check-in is any time after 1:00 p.m., but no later than 7:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that the innkeepers do not live at the property, so a firm arrival time is needed in order to meet you without delay.
• CANCELLATIONS
  Things happen. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
  • Cancellations received 14 or more days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations fewer than 14 days in advance will not receive a refund, but will receive full credit toward a future stay.
• SMOKING
  Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside. Feel free to smoke outside. Guests who do not respect the no smoking policy will be charged $100 for cleaning and smoke removal.
• OCCUPANCY
  The Grapevine is designed to accommodate one or two adults. You are welcome to have visitors during your stay, but only registered guests may spend the night.
• HOUSEKEEPING
  Housekeeping is not provided for two- to three-night stays, but can be arranged for longer stays.
• GIFT CERTIFICATES
  Available. The Grapevine is the ideal setting for anniversaries and other special occasions.
• DOs & PLEASE DON'Ts
  Make yourself at home. Everything is there for your use and enjoyment. We only ask that things stay where they belong. You are not expected to clean the home before you leave. Have fun, but please be respectful of your neighbors.
